Anyway, interesting poll. Does not show President Trump in a very good "light", but it still is a long way until election day.

Well, I guess these kinds of questions do not mean much. People who are for candidate X and not Y are more likely to say that Y is mentally unsound than X. Few people vote for somebody they consider to be mentally unsound. Right now it looks like Biden is ahead, hence more people say Trump is "mentally unsound". If Trump would be ahead in the poll, it would be the other way around.
