I’m painting the basement play area/study room for Finley. After carefully mixing the paint and pouring some into paint tray, a flash of black and white comes flying down the stairs and runs straight through the paint… After rounding her up, Karla proceeded to give her a bath using dish soap (don’t ask me how she managed to do it, I was too busy cleaning up little green paw prints…

So she got her cleaned pretty well, except the white fur on her one leg is still tinged a little green. Any ideas on cleaning it? Is it something to worry about?

I assume it is a water based latex paint. Nothing to worry about - household latex paints and their pigments are inert. A Dawn dish soap and warm water scrub will help but the painted fur will shed out anyway over the course the next few weeks.

      Elbows up!

She'll be fine. Pistachios are supposed to be green anyway.
