Not to mention that there's little Trump or Biden can do about communities that want to alter their policing budgets.
There are some federal dollars for cops but they don't seem to be in play.
(by the way, remember Clinton's 50k more cops on the street? Congressional Black Caucus supported it, too).

Which major metropolitan area recently discussed disbanding their police department? Minneapolis?
There's enough truth in the ad to make people think, since the issue is already being talked about at dinner tables. The average person does not care at all for the current protest/riot culture.
