              Though I completely agree with what's been said, I think he has some legal exposure.

              The dead one was still moving on the floor when the clerk put two rounds in him.

              I'll be interesting to see how this plays out.

                      Yeah, unless the guy on the floor was still armed. But it looked like he was shooting at the other one.
