Is there some non-obvious scam here?

I’ve been in this house a month.

I’ve received 4 separate packages that were neither addressed to me or the former owner (he and I are in touch and when he has gotten mail here I contact him).

Three were to my address but to an unusual name. When I googled it there was someone in NJ not far with the same name. One of the packages had a cell number on it, I texted it but received no reply.

Today I received a package with a dozen portable mixers. Not addressed to me, the previous owner, or the strange name person.

Is this a bizarre coincidence? Or is someone attempting to scam me in some novel way?

Brushing. They send you products you didn’t order then write fake reviews in your name. I got a bottle of some sort of heart health nitro something or other.

Weird thing though is none are in my name.

If they send fake products to me and then write reviews in other peoples names, no harm to me.

Meanwhile my can sell 12 portable mixers for $40 each.
