    Ok, but, why would this matter either way? I mean sure, the GOP majority is down one for a bit.

    Only non-witches get due process.

      I just think it’s hilarious that California is still only 70% finished counting in areas.

            Why only look at open races? There are 12 Districts in CA that are still under 80% counted.

                      Mail in ballots are huge there, and those ballots have to be hand-processed, with the signatures compared, apparently by a human, for authenticity. That is what I've read.

                      Education is extremely important.
