Occasionally. Usually for pancakes and such.

We have one that came with the stove. Hate it. I use my electric griddle.

Yeah, but that's outdoors, right? Not an option for me.

      No. Indoors.

Hard to clean hard to control, heavy, hard to store.

For indoors, I guess I'd be just as good using my cast iron skillet.

Yep. Or a nice light nonstick electric.

My griddle isn't cast iron. It's not that hard to clean. It does present a bit of a challenge with hot spots (there, cast would be better) on some things.

I'd try the linked griddle. If you don't like it, no big deal.

                  Yeah, it's cheap.

Just wondering what I can do on this what a cast iron skillet won't be able to do.

Cook more pancakes at one time during a grandchild invasion?

                      Nah.

I'm thinking just burgers for the Missus and me.

My apartment that I had the last three years and the house I now bought each have a middle section with an elongated oval burner for just such a griddle. I just don’t have a use case for it. I don’t really make anything larger than will fit in a regular frying pan or grill pan.

                        Only non-witches get due process.
