We would also arrest Putin if he were to set foot on Canadian soil. Canada is a signatory to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. There is an ICC warrant for Netanyahu's arrest. Besides it's not up to The Dauphin to decide whether or not we would arrest him. It's the Attorney General and RCMP who make these decisions. As it stands, Canada will abide by its treaty obligations and stand for the rule of international law.
