    Rummaging through the freezer this morning, I ran across a half-pound of peeled shrimp and another bag about the same size of peeled crawfish tails.

    Wife made a brown etouffee, cooked a pot of rice and baked a loaf of yeast bread.

    Woof!

            I e noticed that in pictures of food. (I do my culinary homework). We were going to hit Commander’s Palace, but they require a coat for men. I’m not packing a sport coat for a restaurant.
