Gee I wonder if they will self righteously double down on the bias going forward. I still don't see what Bezos thought he was accomplishing. Vance touched on this in his Rogan interview, and Vance doesn't really see the point either.

Would be curious to hear the context that led up to that.

10 hours since I asked. Has Rubin taken the stunning and brave action?

As to Hewitt, it struck me as being premature and hot-headed.
He should have debunked all the BS that CNN is pushing (which Tapper and Goldberg did) and THEN walked off.
Now he came off as a pissed-off MAGAT.

If I were going to do a broadcast from the "Green Room," I would be sure to have my bedroom green.
The number of cancellations quote is funny. You lost 200K
true believerssubscribers. Is it remotely possible that if your paper weren't busy carrying water for Harris/Biden/Obama/Gore you might regain that?Possible.
So, after your encouragement of the stunning and brave of other journalists who resigned because of their ethics, which you praised, why are you still working for the Washington Post?
"I will be more careful about what I write." Are you afraid for you job?
"Democracy doesn't run on people." FFS, look up "Demos."
At the end, I see you've not resigned, despite your enougagment of others whose honesty, and commitment thereto, seem to be higher than yours.
You're a fucking hypocrite. Please leave your "conservative" badge at the door when you leave, even if it's a fake ID.

They temporarily lost 200k subscribers.
How long before 90% come crawling back?

If Trump wins, they are almost all coming back, because WaPo is going to be the most strident source of TDS you could imagine. They'll see the headlines and the links and the paywall and they won't really have a choice.

It might be a while. They probably bought GTFO tickets with all the folks who vowed to leave the United States when
TrumpRomneyBush was elected. One cannot put a price on the ethics of such a statement of patriotism.Because...fascist.

Sam Harris was calling for this mass exodus. Let's see if they get any traction.

In the comments, someone said, "This isn't an airport. You don't need to announce your departure."
