Smart watches for medical diagnostics

I've been wearing a smart watch for a few years - I'm floored at the amount of historical data I have on myself.
My HRV, sleep stages, resting heart rate, etc. -> all of this reacts very predictably to things like high sugar intake, alcohol, exercise, fasting, etc.
If medical researchers can somehow get their hands on this data I'm sure they'd find an absolute ton of predictive indicators.
