All I've ever known about election fraud is that as much that could happen, under the control of anybody who considers the results of existential importance, did happen. I know that, because existential priorities override all other priorities, including legal or ethical priorities. That's how all of those words work. I have only ever hoped and trusted that whatever amount of cheating there is, is not enough to change results.

Most likely just one or a few paid canvassers fabricating registration requests trying to make more money rather than part of some grand scheme to stuff fraudulent ballots later.
