      Yup, it is crazy how hard it can be to keep it up and the workout that you get. Wasn't @Aqua-Letifer doing it for a while?

        Yep. Jump rope's hardcore. First, the limiting factor is your legs—they seize before you really get anywhere. But they seize because your balance and timing is ass, and your legs overcompensate.

        Once you dial that in, you can work on your cardio.

        I was a fan of the boxer's shuffle.
