@George-K I get what you are saying.
I am just giving an equal voice to Sen Vance, who is not here to speak about his unqualifiedness, LOL. The only reason he is where he is is because of his book. For example, In his time in the Senate, he has not sponsored nor passed any legislation. Yes, he is a lawyer also, but I dont think he ever saw the insdie of a courtroom.

Most lawyers are not litigators. 80-90% are not. Most sit in an office and shuffle papers from one pile to another. He never touted his experience as a litigator, iirc.

Nor did Harris.
"As of mid-2024, J.D. Vance has sponsored 57 bills since taking office in the U.S. Senate in 2023. However, none of the bills he has sponsored have been passed into law. Additionally, Vance has co-sponsored 288 bills, 37 of which passed the Senate, though none became law due to presidential vetoes or other obstacles."
Obama did slightly better - two of the bills which he authored or co-sponsored became law.

Vance's wife is the litigator. Vance was a venture capitalist. Both came out of the private sector.
I don't think Harris has ever held a job in the private sector.

Vance was a venture capitalist.
Wiki:
After graduating from law school, Vance worked for Republican Senator John Cornyn. He spent a year as a law clerk for Judge David Bunning of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky,[39] then worked at the law firm Sidley Austin,[40] beginning a brief career as a corporate lawyer.[41] Having practiced law for slightly under two years, Vance moved to San Francisco to work in the technology industry as a venture capitalist

I’ve worked my entire life in the private sector. You wanna vote for me?
Not at McDonald’s obviously. That place is really vulgar.
