SCOTUS addressed this 50 years ago over black armbands to protest the Vietnam war. Its first amendment protected.
The whole reason we call them illegal aliens is because they’re subject to our laws.

And in no way is threatening. It might be triggering, but there are no protections or even civil ordinances to protect against just being offended.
