I think the article is talking about protesters who showed up strictly for the Ivanka presentation, not the urban protesters that have been in the news. You know -- what the word protesters used to mean.

There's federal offices in Knoxville, and no reservation anywhere near Nashville. But its the capitol, so maybe that's it.
