How much uncertainty does he put around Trumps huge consumer tax plan? Rand Paul’s brave effort aside, what’s to stop him from implementing it if he wins?

Agree. Depending on which stock market he is talking about, I would guess that most of the top companies listed get more of their income from overseas than just from the US.
