Funny I was hanging out this week with a Pulmonologist from Philly who has a condo in coral gables that he’s selling. He specifically mentioned condo fees as a big part of it.
In our condo, HOA fees can't be raised more that 10.25% (iirc) without the approval of the entire HOA by vote - and, I think it has to be more than a simple majority.
