Biggest dildo I’ve ever seen although it seemed to have erectile dysfunction which would defeat the purpose I guess.

Not sure what happened. It was one of those ‘guess the diagnosos’ accounts that showed surgeons taking out a 3’ or so parasite from a gut. As it was fully removed it started wiggling. It was probably 2” in diameter.
