Actually this is a variation on a theme I've seen at a chick-fil-a where there are multiple lanes in the drive through, and manned kiosks next to each lane. The kiosks not attached to the restaurant proper get the bags via concealed conveyor belts, I guess through the extended roof that connects the kiosks to the main building.

Reports began to surface on Thursday night that the fast-food chain is working on a new streaming entertainment venture and will create multiple original shows to debut later this year.

According to Deadline, which broke the story, Chick-fil-A is specifically working with studios on "family-friendly" content, including unscripted reality shows, and is in the process of licensing and acquiring new content.
