So glad that we’re examining whether he had a lisp instead of the actual content of the interview.

Can be a bit of both. There is no pronounced lisp in Musk's speech as there is in Trump's speech in the same recording. So maybe Trump has a little bit of lisp that was amplified by whatever digital audio processing that was done for the interview, the same digital audio processing effect applies to Musk too but just not as obvious because Musk did not have as much lisp to begin with.
And that's not saying Trump has any new health or aging problem; it may well be that that's how Trump speaks in the last few years and this time it became more noticeable because of the peculiar audio processing done at this interview.
Given the information available right now, I say this supposed "lisp" is no big deal.

He’s just too old. They shouldn’t run him.
I agree.
Now you say it. You were silent on the "other guy" in that regard.

He’s just too old. They shouldn’t run him. This is elder abuse.
Unlike Biden, Trump knows what planet he's on.
Besides, since Kamala-lama-ding-dong lied like a dog-faced pony soldier about Biden's mental health (of course, whoring out does require the ability to lie well), doesn't that cast doubt upon her ability to ever tell the truth to the American people?

I don't think Trump is firing on all cylinders, and is too old. I did say the same about Biden, who was pretty much broken down at the side of the road.
It shouldn't be too much to ask to have a leader who isn't passed it. People compare Trump to Churchill (which is a bit much, of course), but he went on way too long, too. His second premiership was not good. He'd had strokes, heart attacks, all sorts. He was probably about as easy to convince that he was past it as Trump, too.
