Stephen King on Amputees & Trump

@Mik said in Stephen King on Amputees & Trump:
When you can’t believe anything you don’t see in person we have a problem.
I don't know what the bigger problem is, King's ignorance, or Kelly's saying it.
Speaking further into the former commander-in-chief's view towards service members, he shared that Trump "is a person that did not want to be seen in the presence of military amputees because ‘it doesn’t look good for me.’"

To play devil advocate, "not wanting to do something" does not mean you will not do it.
Both General Kelly's statement and the pictures may both be correct.
For example, I do not want to be seen with stupid people, but I probably still am! (Joking!!!)

You're right.
But, if you're POTUS, that argument doesn't hold.
Did anyone else hear that besides Kelly?

Not knowing either person, but from each persons background and what appears to be their moral character, I would be on the side of believing Gen. Kelly in this matter vs. President Trump.
