Three-On-Three

I think its first Olympics was in Tokyo and I can see it hanging around. It's a very fast-paced form of basketball, with a twelve second shot clock. Since it's just half-court, can fit in a smaller venue.
Scoring is one point for inside the arc, two points for a bucket outside the arc. The first to reach 21 points in the ten-minute period, wins.
It requires a great deal of team work, players who can shoot and players who can play hellatious defense.
The U.S. does not dominate this sport, mostly from lack of team cohesion, so it's been highly competitive between nations.
I've enjoyed watching it.
