Russian State TV doesn’t like Kamala Harris too, but given Harris’ many good qualities, I imagine you can imagine many better reasons to like Harris.

Purely from a deadlines/logistics perspective, is there still time for the GOP to replace Vance with another VP nominee?

Ultimately I think it is probably up to the State and the State's electoral process. I know one guy who thinks a sitting VP can decide.
Prior to the election I believe the RNC can swap in a new VP candidate.
