Anyone else getting random connection requests from people you don’t know?
I’ve only had a couple so far, but it’s a recent thing. I’m sure it’s some kind of spam or scam, but I’m not sure what.

I don’t do Fitbit but on linked in I think people think it pays to have lots of connections. Not sure what you do with a bevy of Fitbit friends.

Yup I got one even though I no longer use a Fitbit - haven't for 2 years.

Can you blast a group message to friends on Fitbit?
Maybe that person is going to sell some anti Covid vitamins?

We got hit by ransomware earlier this year. I wonder if it's the same one. The virus encrypts every document on the computer but leaves the applications and operating system. So you can boot. When you try to open a document it tells you to send bitcoin to some wallet, and then you can send files to be decrypted. I'm not aware of whether anybody sent them any bitcoin from my company. But as they say, they wouldn't do it if it didn't work.
