This law is so fucking absurd. I don’t see how this passes any kind of legal standard. You’re going to allow schools to hide extremely important mental and physical health concerns from their legal guardians? Not a fucking chance. You want to see political violence? This will cause some political violence. Or self defense, really. I hope those school districts fight this up to the Supreme Court. This bill is an abomination.
