If the NORKs can put engineers into Ukraine, why not Poland? Or the U.S.?

They will definitely be bullet stoppers for the Russian. Engineers and construction crews, hmmm probably not. LOL

In somewhat related news, the South Korean government said that President Putin gave Premier Kim a locally produced and made Russian Aurus limousine.

The interesting thing is that the car most likely contains a certain % of parts from South Korean parts manufacturers. LOL (Of course supplied prior to the war sanctions)
