Possible. Ambient temp will be 37 C. Probably plenty of undigested cellulose to feed on. Maybe some IgA antibodies stimulated in the general region but that’s not going to cross the mucosal border, same as pinworms or whatever which also can live in the GI tract. So no big deal if it’s real.
