I wonder what was making him stick around for that conversation rather than walking away. On the TV shows there are cops there ready to make an arrest.

The pedo entrapment videos aren’t my cup of tea. I’m glad to see the scumbags get caught, but am not thrilled with people enriching themselves doing this. I think that leaves a whole lot of room for people to cross some legal and ethical boundaries.

This just popped out because Knappen is a fairly powerful figure in the DC Metro region.
