I drive like a granny, so I just dont get people who speed. I think it was @mik who posted a chart that showed that actual amount of time that you "save" by speeding. It is literally only seconds.
Unless you are traveling thousands of kilometers on a trip, there really is no time benefit to speeding.

thanks George. That is what I was thinking of.
I remember reading about a guy who was speeding through a construction zone and killed a worker.
He was sentenced to jail, and his courtroom speech during sentencing was something like, "Trying to save 15 seconds cost me 10 years. I dont know why I thought that 15 seconds of time savings was worth the risk"
