You know, this stuff is all textbook Replacement Theory. Import lots of illegals. Use NGOs to sign them up for all kinds of government programs. Between Motor Voter and lots of government forms, give them a paper or link to where they can lie and register to vote. Let them stay in the country long enough they become embedded in society. Then, make it seem inhumane to enforce the law they've been breaking all along...Call it amnesty, Dreamers, Parole In Place...Doesn't matter. They're here, they're on the government teat and they'll vote Democrat...That's who doles out the goodies.
Wash, rinse, repeat. Meanwhile, caucasian Americans become the minority and their power shrinks. And the Pelosi and party, just keep their power and keep making money.

No, in this case one must also marry a U.S. citizen.
Current rules are such that if a person entered the U.S. illegally and then married a U.S. citizen, that person has to return to his/her home country to get a spousal green card.
The law already allows the foreign spouse to get a green card just by marrying a U.S. citizen. It’s a matter of where that person waits while applying for that green card — in the U.S. or in his/her home country.
Making them wait in their home country is extraneous since eventually they will get the green card anyway — just more time apart for the family. Letting them wait in the U.S. is more sensible (less work, less hassle for everyone) and more pro-family (you won’t force the couple to stay apart for extended periods just to wait for a green card). It’s sensible policy.
After all, why waste all that effort and resources to “deport” a spouse of a U.S. citizen if you know they can (and most likely will) apply to come back anyway?

Most people who murder someone are not serial killers. Usually, they just kill one person. It costs a lot of money to investigate, adjudicate and incarcerate someone.
Probably more cost effective to not bother.

That Biden chose the twelfth anniversary of DACA to promulgate his alterations is fitting. Indeed, all that was missing was a commemorative sign that read, “Twelve years of ignoring the Constitution.” The creation of DACA, you may recall, was marked by President Barack Obama’s astonishing insistence that “if Congress won’t act, I will.” Prior to its announcement, Obama had explained frequently that he did not have the power to rewrite immigration law on the fly. “I am not a king,” Obama said often. “I am not an emperor.” But, with a tough reelection fight looming, he forgot all that and did it anyway. Civically, this represented a low moment in American history. That President Biden aspires to celebrate it — let alone to build on it — is damning in the extreme.
Alas, that, undoubtedly, is his aim. Adopting his decreasingly persuasive tough-guy pose, Biden told the audience, “Folks, I’m not interested in playing politics with the border or with immigration.” Considered from any angle, this was a disgraceful thing to say. For a start, Joe Biden has, in fact, “played politics” with the border, and he did so again in this speech when he pretended preposterously that it was “Trump and the Republicans” — rather than the progressive wing of his coalition — who were standing in the way of his ability to deal with the problem. Tellingly, Biden has now tried to have this issue both ways in the space of six months. Earlier this year, Biden claimed that he could not enforce existing immigration law without further input from Congress. Last month, he reversed himself and then demanded credit for doing a small part of the job he was supposed to have been doing all along.

It’s really not all that radical to give green cards and eventually citizenship to spouses of citizens. Trump’s done it twice. And brought the families along too.
