The current campaign to deligitamize SCOTUS. Next step, court packing

“I have major news to drop tomorrow, and I don’t say that lightly,” Windsor posted to X on Sunday. “It’s likely the biggest undercover story yet of my career.”

So precious. I am sure all the double digit IQ leftists are terrified after hearing those words of Alito and Roberts.

      Education is extremely important.

Let's use directional mics and record Schumer at dinner. Or go after his family.

        It always devolves to tit-for-tat.

Actually, Judge Roberts sounded quite good I thought. (I only read the transcript and did not hear that actualy recording).

          Pretty objective and nuetral.

Are judges, in their private conversations, supposed to remain neutral in all things?

            I know Ginsburg was not.

In a case like this, where it was a "public" event (private just because you had a buy a ticket to get in) and they were talking with someone they had no idea who they were, I would say yes, they should watch what they were saying.

How many times do we hear about (or see) someone saying something stupid and they think it is a private conversation, and then it is broadcast on the internet. End result is those people typcially lose their job.
