Meet Stevan Buchanan XY

Stevan is serving 50 years in a women’s correctional institution in Oregon for butchering 2 oh his handymen and feeding them to his pigs. It is suspected that he has killed at least a dozen more, with Stevan himself referring to 17 other victims during his trial.

Would anybody proficient in statistics help me out? If 1% of the US population are psychopaths, and 2.5% of the population are Trans, what number of trans psychopaths would achieve equity?

From Genesis to Jesus, the sentence for murder is death. There is an argument to be made for different kinds of murder, but for premeditated murder, there is but one appropriate sentence.
