A guy on the Instabooks lives in Brooklyn, and shares a balcony with his neighbor. He smokes. And late at night, his neighbor finds his butts, and lights them up.
So he started recording this on his GoPro. He posts the videos as Instagram stories, and sets them to music. Today it's "Stayin' Alive" by the Bee Gees.
