        You can never completely fix the first problem, although good policing can make it better. The second problem is made by Biden.

            Oh well, look at the bright side...If the earth's North Pole continues the direction of change and the earth's current rotational wobble increases, Chicago will be on the equator.

              I should add that this is about ¼ the size of the group I saw a couple of weeks ago at the same location. I believe I commented on it.
