In a similar (?) vein there's an old movie from about 1982 starring Ed Harris called "KnightRiders." It's a story of a bunch of motorcycle riders who form a group that lives by a medieval code of honor. I haven't seen it in forever, but I do remember enjoying it. Had kind of a sad ending, iirc. Everyone abandons Harris.
