Good, they’re talking about the “jury instructions,” the unanimity aspects of it. Glad I’m catching this.

Good discussion on various grounds for appeal, probability of sentence to jail time being handed down (very low), served before Election Day (non-existent) or served some day (de minimus).

Though I should add there are some countervailing factors to the above re sentencing, such as the sheer number of felonies, total lack of remorse, and all the contempt violations.

I might be wrong, but Bragg listed every bookkeeping entry as a separate charge.
