I've seen a few like these, my son was supercharged when he was small.

The most memorable one was hearing him falling down the quite steep stairs and seeing him face-planting hard right onto the tiled entrance at the bottom. We were both horrified and wondering about a potential hospital visit - he took a second, then got up and shouted "THAT WAS GREAT!!!!". We had to stop him from doing it again.
