I frigging hate a bad haircut

Come to my town and have Angelo take care of you.
He's been doing my hair for 25 years.
I do my own beard.

I was planning on doing my own beard. I’m sure you know better than anyone how hard it is to grow out a beard while keeping it look neat and professional. That was 2 months worth of careful work.

Different lady at my barber, so I show her a picture on my phone… “This is how I like it cut…” “No problem, would you like a beard trim, too?” “No, just blend it in at the sideburns”
I’ve actually been working on my beard recently. I used to keep it pretty steady at a size 1 when it came to a beard clipper, and tapered to 1/2. I had finally managed to let it grow out to a 2-1.5 while keeping it neat.
So the first thing she does is take a straight clipper with no comb over half my cheek… Nothing for it now, guess who’s getting a beard trim… she took the beard down to a 1/2 - 1 and it’s only along my frigging jawline…
I went from a silver fox to looking like Evil Mr. Bean in 45 minutes…

I once had one done by this slip of a girl in Canada. Because it was starting to recede at the front I'd tried to explain to her that I didn't want it to look like a cover-up, and she completely misunderstood what I meant and gave me what she described as a 'George Clooney'. Mrs. Phibes and I both agreed that it was more of an Adolf Clooney.

Did you still tip?
Are you kidding? She gave me a Hitler haircut at no extra charge! Of course I tipped.

@LuFins-Dad did you still tip?

Yes, but not as much as usual. I will be speaking with the proprietor
