Maybe. I haven't read it. First published in 1973 and later translated into English and published a couple of years later, it is now enjoying a bit of rebirth on the Far Right.
But the premise of the book is interesting, as it talks about European culture (starting with France and Belgium) being overwhelmed by a wave of unfettered immigration.
