What was the Supreme Court ruling on? Immunity for the prison?
If it were me, I would think that the prison would win at the end if the lawsuit goes through. Prisons are overcrowded. NOt sure what people expected them to do with the prisoners.

California Corrections knowingly sent COVID + prisoners into a prison that was COVID free, causing multiple deaths.
