    https://www.cnn.com/travel/japan-kansai-airport-no-lost-luggage-intl-hnk/index.html

Japan’s Kansai International Airport (KIX) is marking 30 years without losing a single piece of luggage.

In a press statement, Japan’s seventh busiest airport said that it had not lost any passenger bags since opening in September 1994. The airport averages 20-30 million passengers per year.

Yeap, I am still under the impression that the Japanese, no matter their professions, take their jobs seriously.

I agree. I remember the first time I got in a taxi in Japan. The driver was in a shirt and tie and was wearing white gloves. He had a "contraption" that opened the back door for me to get in. I was quite impressed!
