    I think we can divide the ongoing Gaza protests into four types of protesters/people...

    1. Students who actually believe in Hamas or at least believe in a Palestinian state and who may be somewhat informed protesters.
    2. Dumb students that don't have a clue or are only there as part of the mob.
    3. Outside protestors and agitators. Some of these are paid professional organizers and protesters.
    4. Inside Influencers. These are the school's professors and administrators who let politics bleed over into their classroom and in their actions. Something I've noticed...After reading through multiple opinion pieces, blog entries and forum posts, I've seen very, very few opinions from those inside higher education, that think they may be partially responsible for the current protests. I think they are.

    I think we can do something about items 2,3 and 4. What should we do?
