      His violations are so clear. It’s as if he’s begging for 30 days in Rikers as a fundraising tool.

      They’ll end up, after a lot of drama, with the same formula they use every time they have a trifecta: take away health care and food assistance from low income families and use the money to fund tax cuts for their donors.

        So, if an inmate donates 2 cartons of cigarettes or 35 snacks, they get to walk with him around the exercise yard? 5 cartons or 100 snacks, and they get to have lunch with him?
