IF the skirt was so short, wouldnt pulling it down leave the top exposed?

@taiwan_girl said in I can see both sides...:

Don't think so. The young woman was exposing her pubic hair and buttocks. Pulling the skirt down past her butt would probably rest the skirt on the top of her hips.

      Or so I would think.

You've worn a skirt. What say you?

Seeing both sides was the entire problem to begin with.

          @LuFins-Dad

Had the opportunity arisen I would never seen that as a problem. Still don’t. A work of natural feminine beauty.

Having a daughter does change your perspective. There was a time I would have felt that way.

              I’m sure.

A former colleague of mine had two daughters, when eldest came home with her first boyfriend, he wore a T-shirt with
D.A.D.D. in large letters inscribed on the front. When the lovebird teens asked what the T shirt represented he said “Dads Against Daughters Dating; just to set the record straight from the beginning”.

                  TTIWWOP.

Also I’m a bit surprised the girl had pubic hair. But then, Utah.

I would have thought she would have been sporting those Mormon Temple knickers.

We’re getting a brand new Mormon temple a couple miles from here. Big controversy over the probable size of it. What, you’d rather have a giant mosque?

A woman charged last month with sexual battery after she allegedly tugged on another woman's skirt at a restaurant in St. George has been fired from the Utah Attorney General's Office, newly released documents show.

"I am writing to inform you that you have not passed your probationary employment period successfully and today, April 25, 2024, you are being separated from state employment with the attorney general's office. Your noncompliance with policies and standards related to performance contributed to this decision," the termination letter states.

That's not quite how that works. When an employee is let go during or at the end of their probation, they are said to be separated from service. Yes, it's similar to being fired, but only in the most egregious offenses are unemployment benefits denied as they would be in firing for cause.

Similar end result, though. The person no longer has a job...

A Utah woman who became the subject of a viral TikTok video, after she yanked down a teenage girl’s skirt that she deemed too short, has reached a plea deal.

                            and

Lorenzo was charged with sexual battery as a class A misdemeanor. It was lowered to a class B in a plea deal that was reached on August 7, according to Washington County court records.

As part of the plea deal, no sentence will be imposed for a year as long as Lorenzo complies with the terms. She must undergo mental health evaluation, is not allowed to contact the victim and cannot commit any crimes.
