And, of course, looking at psychological analysis and implications from your sleeping position at a site that sells mattresses is totally credible, LOL.

I used to be a stomach sleeper, but I can't turn my head far enough to avoid suffocation - fucking arthritis.

Same here. Then I quit sleeping on my side after getting my sternum cut.

3 months after my second vaccine shot I still have issues with my arm. Sleep on it the wrong way and it spasms, or if I were to reach back as in driving a car. It’s an injury that is not uncommon and apparently can take months and months to heal, for some. Not a big deal overall when one understands the trajectory.

Also I have the pneumonia vax but my doc said I really didn’t need the shingles vax. I didn’t ask why.

Have three friends come down with shingles since January. Third was ten days ago. I definitely don’t want it therefore I finally got off my duff and had dose #1 about 5 minutes ago at the local pharmacy. Come back 23 June for the other.

Have never experienced any discomfort or reactions in past to any shots. Will see what this one does or if I react like Dr. George.

Put the summer tires on my wife’s car this morning to get the job out of the way just in case.

If you haven’t had reactions in the past I doubt you will have more than maybe a sore arm. The only time I even had that was last fall we got Covid, flu and RSV at the same time.

Next chance I get - I'll try the shingles vaccine. I had shingles about 15 years ago - not pleasant though I did get to visit the Parkland Hospital in Dallas where Kennedy was taken when he visited Dallas. My experience was better but not without the joy of discovering I had shingles.

I think I am out of the doghouse with any side effects or reactions with yesterday’s vaccine. No discernible discomforts or complaints whatsoever either last evening or today. Did my normal workout on the elliptical this am.
