Street Takeover

This was a street takeover, where people will block off an intersection and do donuts in them, occasionally crashing into eachother and/or bystanders.
The cop pulled up to stop the takeover, and instead of taking a misdemeanor reckless driving charge, this guy decided to run into/over 3 people trying to escape. Thats what caused the cop to aggressively stop him, clearly he was a huge danger to public safety if hes running over pedestrians
