    The problem, according to this tweet, is that you have to KEEP taking the meds (duh).

    Gastric sleeve surgery has better results, and needs no compliance.

    I'm of mixed opinion here. GLP-1 agonists have their share of problems (delayed gastric emptying, etc), but major surgery does as well.

      With the sleeve you’re forced into daily compliance because if you eat too much you’ll throw up.

      They’ll end up, after a lot of drama, with the same formula they use every time they have a trifecta: take away health care and food assistance from low income families and use the money to fund tax cuts for their donors.

          The sleeve forces the change. It’s basically surgically-induced bulimia.
