Saturday dinner

And you didn't invite me...again.
That looks wonderful.
I made my "Cast Iron Skillet Chicken" last night - 450 degrees in the oven for 30 minutes (15 minutes a side).
Fast and hot might be a good way to cook.

And it's so easy. Turn on the smoker, put the steak on, and it's done in 30 minutes or so. I try to remember to flip it once, but eh, no big deal if I don't.

In our condo, that's not an option.
Nevertheless, I am jealous.

That lamb chop looks very appetizing, @Horace, great job!
For my dinner, I bought a to-go "lunch box" from a small diner, that's dinner.
The lunch box food is cheap and plentiful but otherwise not all that interesting, but I snapped a picture of the sidewalk just outside of the place where I bought the lunch box.

You could get a smoker gun like restaurants use. Not sure how effective they are.
