"It's a delight, and it's really fun having them. What I realized is there's so much prejudice against refugees, mostly because people don't know them," Hillenbrand said, telling the outlet she feels like she has her own personal chef because Joseph loves cooking and dreams of opening a restaurant.

    Nice.

Well, there are 128 million households in the United States.

If only 1 out of 10 takes a migrant, the problem will be solved. And...if a migrant "family" moves in the 10% number falls. It's a win/win.

I'm going to approach my 22 unit condo association and see what we can do to help. Perhaps someone will volunteer.

Given tenancy laws that greatly favor the tenants, what do you do if you want them out?

Are they "tenants" - in the sense they pay rent - or "guests?"

Is there a legal difference? I really don’t know, but I can see it getting sticky, especially if the hosts are getting a stipend.
